What size do I order?
The average adult bracelet size is 7-7.5". Adult sized necklaces are made at 16", unless otherwise noted. To ensure proper fit, use a tape measure and measure 1" below the wrist, add 1/2" to length. Small size averages 7", medium 7 1/2", and Large 8". For children I would suggest ordering a lobster clasp with the adjustable chain to insure proper fit if you're ordering as a gift.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, I do. This will take longer to receive due to supplies in stock. Please allow up to two weeks to ship out.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept credit card payments through paypal, money orders and cashier's checks. You do not need to have an account in order to use your credit card on paypal. I may accept credit cards directly on my site in the future.
How soon will you ship my order? Usually the next business day after I receive your payment. I pride myself on getting my beads shipped out fast. If I don't, I will notify you. Custom orders please allow two weeks.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not happy with the item purchased, please contact me and return item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping fees. (Items should be un-worn and in original condition upon return). I want customers to be completely satisfied.
Do you have a warranty policy?
Yes. My pieces are handmade and carefully designed to withstand gentle wear. Please, notify me if a piece breaks due to my design error, I will gladly repair items free of charge for up to 60 days after purchase. Damage caused by owner will have a $15 fee for re-stringing as needed, plus the cost of replacement pieces and additional shipping fees. Please avoid getting your jewelry wet.
What if my bracelet doesn't fit correctly?
I will allow up 15 days after purchase to have the item re-sized at no additional cost, minus shipping fees. After the 15 day grace period I will charge $10 for each strand that needs to be restrung, plus shipping fees.
What do you charge for shipping?
You have a choice. It's either $1.50 for first class or $3.00 for USPS Priority Mail. This price includes insurance. I will soak up the cost if it is above the above fees. Please remember first class could take up to seven days for delivery. USPS priority usually takes three days but is not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do. The charge for international shipping is a flat rate of $10.00
What materials do you use?
I use only the finest sterling silver beads, Swavorski crystals/pearls, and lampworking beads. I also incorporate other fine materials such as natural gemstones(Semi-precious) and silver charms.
